NFL, You, Are On Notice: Gruden & Rodgers Are Not Afraid Of The Marxist NFL
Jon Gruden sent NFL commissioner Roger Goodell a clear message yesterday that he will not go away silently without a fight when he filed a lawsuit against the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell on Thursday stating that the NFL and Goodell are trying to destroy his career using a "malicious and orchestrated campaign," according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
According to the lawsuit, Goodell and the NFL leaked certain emails sent by Gruden attempting to “destroy the career and reputation of Jon Gruden.” (For more information see our previous post: https://www.goodfellathoughts.com/post/nfl-does-not-deserve-its-fans-who-it-repeatedly-stabs-in-the-back ).
The lawsuit also states that the NFL leaked additional emails to the New York Times in order to ensure Gruden would resign or be fired and that Gruden was "forced to resign" after those emails were released.
The NFL did indeed engage in a blatant smear campaign against Gruden by using certain private emails from 10 years ago and intentionally taking those emails out of context as leftist media has repeatedly engaged in.
Gruden is fighting back and will not be silenced. The NFL is on notice. The fans made the NFL and they can bankrupt the NFL as well by not watching. NFL, you are on notice. We can cancel you too. It goes both ways.
Likewise, quarterback Aaron Rodgers recently stood up to the “Woke Mob” (the same Woke Mob the NFL is a part of) via comments on social media. Rodgers stated to former NFL punter Pat McAfee and his former teammate and linebacker A.J. Hawk on McAfee's Twitter page Nov. 5: "I realize I'm in the crosshairs of the woke mob right now…. So, before my final nail gets put in my cancel culture casket, I think I would like to set the record straight on so many of the blatant lies that are out there about myself.” The Woke Mob came after Rodgers for his comments in a podcast interview that he was not getting vaccinated against COVID-19 due to allergies that may cause an adverse reaction when Prevea Health immediately cancelled its contract with Rodgers, who was the company's spokesperson for 9 years. Cancel culture strikes again.
NFL, you, are on notice: you too, can indeed be cancelled (you AIN’T special).
